Our Italian Blend is made from four Tuscan varietals that are grown together for cross-pollination. The Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino, and Maurino olives are then harvested and milled together to create a robust oil with flavors of cut grass and a hint of stone fruit with a peppery finish. Superb for sautéing, drizzling on grilled meat, or roasting vegetables. This oil has our highest polyphenol count for those interested in antioxidant properties.
